Comments: The installation and service is very satisfactory. The people are very nice and helpful. I haven't really used much water because I couldn't wash clothes because of the construction in my washroom. However, we have made a long relationship with RainSoft and have always been pleased. I think I made a good investment because I know it saves soap and it is kinder to fabrics and skin. I would recommend others buy a RainSoft because I don't think there is a better product around. My girls have it in Arizona, but they have them put outside there.
